#31 Implement unix-style tag display

This groups like hierarchical tags and displays `#foo/bar` and `#foo/baz` as `#foo/{bar,baz}`, with the hyperlinking working accordingly. There's a bit of it that's kind of hacky (in particular, passing the user around) but that can be cleaned up later.
